THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this _Z±2 day of June, 2017, and is added
to that certain Lease Agreement, dated March 14, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"),
by and between City of Round Rock (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"), and Seiler-Lankes
Group, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant"). The Landlord and Tenant are described
collectively in this instrument as the Parties.
The Parties enter into this Addendum to the Lease and agree to the following terms as set
forth below:
1. TENANT'S HOLDOVER
The term set forth in the Lease, whether the term is an initial term or an extended or
renewal term, as set forth in the Lease. has expired. Tenants are holdover tenants of the
Demised Premises and the Tenants occupy and possess the Demised Premises on a
month -to month basis only.
2, TENANT'S RENTAL OBLIGATIONS
Tenant's monthly rental obligations (obligation to pay "Rent) as set forth in the Lease,
which includes the total amount of rentals due and payable to the Landlord and the date
and place where rentals shall be }paid, remain the same and unchanged as set forth in the
Lease.
3. TERMINATION OF TENANCY
The Tenant's month-to-month holdover tenancy shall terminate no later than December
31, 2017. Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any relocation costs, rental discounts,
allowances, or reimbursements due to any termination of Tenant's tenancy under the
Lease.
4. TERMS OF LEASE REMAIN IN EFFECT
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Lease set forth ad contained
within siad Lease, except and to the extent as specifically amended or modified in this
instrument, shall remain the same and are in full force and effect.

The captions and numbering set forth in this Addendum are for convenience only, serving
only to clarify the Parties' obligations as specifically set forth within this Addendum. The

captioning and numbering used herein is not intended to limit or amplify the meaning of
any term{s} of the Lease, except as specifically set forth within this instrument.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, Landlord has signed this Addendum and Tenant has caused
the same to be executed by its duly authorized officers and individuals on this Sr day

Consider City Manager approval for Lease Agreement with Seiler-Lankes, a tenant
located at 901 Round Rock Ave, The Commons.
This is the last renewal of the lease agreement with the three remaining tenants located
at The Commons. Construction will soon begin for the RM 620 project and the tenants
will need to relocate by December 31, 2017. This tenant is NOT entitled to relocation
costs, rental discounts, allowance or reimbursements under the agreement.
There is no cost associated with this Lease Agreement.
