R-04-08-26-13132 WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Association has requested that a portion of West Main Street from 107 West Main Street to Round Rock Avenue be closed for the "Main Street Artisan Stroll on September 2, 2004, October 7, 2004, November 4 , 2004, and December 2, 2004, from 4 : 00 p.m. to 9 : 30 p.m. , and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant said request, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That West Main Street be closed as set forth above. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
