TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the
first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, August 22, 2017 at 5:30 P.M.
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Studio
16:19, LLC, on behalf of the property owner, Bee Safe Palm Valley, LLC, to request a special exception to
the compatibility buffer requirement for the property described below.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The subject property is described as the proposed Lot 1, Block A, Re -plat of Lot 1
Interstate Park, also known as 1405 N. IH -35, Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes
further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning
and Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Special Exception Proposal: The applicant is seeking a special exception in accordance with Section 46-
200 (d), Chapter 46 of the City of Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition, to allow a special
exception to the compatibility buffer requirement.
Location: This subject tract of land is located between N. IH -35 and N. Mays St. north of W. Palm Valley
Blvd.
