NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:
The City of Round Rock, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the
boundary limits of said city to include the following described area, to -wit:
Approximately 114.47 acres of land, more or less, out of the J. Mott Survey, Abstract No. 427, also
described as Hickerson -Keith Annexation, located northeast of the intersection of N. A.W. Grimes
Blvd. and University Blvd., situated in Williamson County, Texas.
The second public hearing on the referenced property will be held by and before the City Council of the City
of Round Rock, Texas on the 24th day of August, 2017 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers of
the Round Rock City Hall located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas. At said time and place, all
persons interested in the above-described proposed annexation, shall have the right to appear and be
heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the subject matter herein mentioned shall
take notice.
