TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on September 14, 2017, at 7:00
p.m. by City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Willis,
Chappell, and Bujan, on behalf of the property owner, Jennifer Hensley, for the rezoning of the subject
tract from SF -2 (Single-family standard lot) zoning district to MU -L (Mixed-use limited) zoning district.

Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 0.16 acres, more or less, out of the Wiley Harris Survey.
