THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE ROUND ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Round Rock Housing Authority will be contemporaneously held on
July 31,2017,at 6:30 p.m. at 1505 Lance Lane, Round Rock,Texas 78664.
The Housing Authority offers accommodatiotis for persons accessing its facilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require

The items to be considered discussed and possibly acted upon by the Round Rock Housing Authority are:
1. Call to Order;
2. Roll CalUEstablishment of Quorum;
3. Review and approval of the Minutes for the Board meeting held on June 19,2017;
4. Review of the financials for the months of June 2017;
5. Approval of the Inter Local Agreement,Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing(AFH);
6. Approval of the Budget for the HUD Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Regional Assessment(AFH);
7. Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU)Community Action, Inc.
8. Approval Employee Rules of Conduct;
9. Rent Collection Policy;
10. Approval Bed Bug Policy;
11. Approval Infestation Policy;
12. Directors Reports;
• Monthly Performance Measure Data;
13. Executive Session-Discussion with Attorney;
The Board will go into Executive Session(close its meeting to the public)Pursuant to:
a. §551.071,Texas Gov't Code,consultation with Attorney regarding legal advice,pending or contemplated litigation;
or a settlement offer;
b. §551.072,Texas Gov't Code,discussion about the purchase, exchange,lease of value of real property;
c. §551.074,Texas Gov't Code,discuss the appointment,employment,evaluation,reassignment,duties,discipline,or
dismissal of a public officer or employee;or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee;
d. §551.072,Texas Gov't Code,discuss certain economic development negotiations.
If there is an Executive Session,the Board will return to Open Session for discussion,consideration and possible action of
matters discussed in Executive Session.
