This agreement is subject to, and in consideration of the following conditions, promises, and
understandings of the CLIENT and SURVEYOR.
That the CLIENT and SURVEYOR do covenant and agree as follows:
PROJECT
BAGDAD AVE.
SURVEYOR agrees to provide the following specific services:
Provide Category 1 B, Condition II Boundary Surveys for three separate tracts of land
(see attached Exhibit A),
COMPENSATION
CLIENT agrees to pay SURVEYOR as follows and will be paid in cash or check, at the option of the
CLIENT. CLIENT agrees to pay SURVEYOR according to the RATE SCHEDULE listed below.
RATE SCHEDULE:
Lump sum fee of $1,800.00
ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUESTED BY CLIENT SHALL BE PERFORMED BASED ON A
FEE TO BE NEGOTIATED BETWEEN SURVEYOR AND CLIENT.

RESULTS AND METHODS
CLIENT retains the exclusive right to specify the results, effects or finished product to be achieved by
SURVEYOR, and SURVEYOR retains the exclusive right to determine the methods to be used to achieve
the said results, effect or finished product.
EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS
SURVEYOR agrees to supply necessary tools, equipment and materials.
TAXES
SURVEYOR agrees to accept full responsibility for any and all taxes that may be lawfully due to any
governmental unit and to hold the CLIENT harmless from any liability from the nonpayment of taxes due
from second party to any governmental unit.
SURVEYOR waives any and all claim from CLIENT to any form of Workman's Compensation Insurance
coverage or compensation provided under Federal, State, or Local compulsion or compulsory legislation
which affects employees, and employers, and agrees to provide under Federal, State, or Local compulsion
or compulsory legislation which affects employees and employers, and agrees to carry and provide his own
insurance for injury or sickness or retirement, whether in the form of Social Security or otherwise as and
for a consideration for entering into this agreement.
