R -08-08-28-9E4 WHEREAS, Williamson County is in the process of designing a Williamson County Annex to be located within the city limits, south of Old Settlers Boulevard, and east of Sunrise Boulevard, and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby determines that it is in the best interest of the City to waive certain development fees, and WHEREAS, the City Council also determines that such waiver of fees will result in economic benefit to the City, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the following fees for the Williamson County Annex shall be waived: a) Building permit fees; b) Fire inspection fees; c) Landscape fees; d) Water and wastewater inspection fees; and e) Platting fees. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
