TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on October 12, 2017, at 6:00 p.m.
by City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Ryan
Jerke, on behalf of the property owner, Werner Cain Construction, LLC, for the rezoning of the subject
tract from SF-2 (Single-family standard lot) zoning district to MU-R (Mixed-use Redevelopment and
Small Lot) zoning district. Case No. ZON1708-001
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 1.33 acres, more or less, out of the St. Williams Church
Addition, 1/2 of Lot 10 & all of Lot 11. Field notes further describing this development tract are
available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and Development Services Department, 301
W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock,Texas.
Land Use Proposal: The district permits mixed uses with pedestrian oriented and urban scale
development standards.
Location: Northwest corner of the intersection of McNeil Rd. and Old Austin Rock Rd.
