Background Information:
The mixed use Intermodal Transit Terminal and Parking Facility, which will be located in southwest
downtown, will provide safe and easy access to transit for motor vehicles, bicycle users and pedestrians.
The facility will also provide parking for the public, as well as commercial, office/residential shell space.
The design will be consistent with the City's history and role in downtown Round Rock, incorporate
human—scale urban design and transit—oriented design and promote an interface between pedestrians,
bicyclists, automobiles and transit vehicles.
