Justification
Per the Architectural and MEP Construction Issued Set of Plans, the existing four -inch waste water line shown is incorrect. After demolition of
concrete and earth to dedicated location of six feet, the waste water line is actually a total of fifteen feet from location shown on plans. This
change order serves purpose to execute properly and safely the waste water connection scope. There will be no delay in schedule.

Per the CORR Building Official the interior wall surface needed to be a non-absorbent material not
specified in design or construction issued plans. Per ADA the men's restroom entry door needed to be
changed for compliance approval. The waste water connection in men's restroom was inaccurate on
the construction issued plans. The waste water line is 12 feet from shown location. These betterment
items are critical path to obtain C of 0 and Final Inspections. The credits are from change in scopes and
change in customer's needs.
