WHITE, City Secretary DATE: November 5, 2009 SUBJECT: City Council Meeting — November 12, 2009 ITEM: 10F3. Consider a resolution casting votes for the Williamson Central Appraisal District Board of Directors. Department: Staff Person: Justification: Finance Cheryl Delaney, Finance Director On October 8, 2009, the City Council nominated Robert Tagge and Deborah Hunt to serve on the Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) Board of Directors. Section 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax Code, states that each taxing unit must determine their vote by resolution and submit it to the Chief Appraiser by December 15th. This resolution will allocate Round Rock's 225 votes and staff recommends putting all 225 votes towards Robert Tagge.
