C. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION:
Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do
so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in
length.Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to
by the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation. The Chairman may deny any
presenter the opportunity to address the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development
Corporation if the presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made,per
§2-26(b)(d), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.
D. RESOLUTIONS:
DA 2017-4985 Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute the First
Amendment to the Administration and Funding Agreement for the City of
Round Rock Economic Development Program.
E. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Round Rock Transportation and Economic
Development Corporation reserves the tight to adjourn into executive session at any time during the
course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government
Code for the following purposes:
