R-10-10-14-9D1 - 10/14/2010RESOLUTION NO. R -10-10-14-9D1 WHEREAS, the City is the owner of a 0.225 acre tract of land located west of 507 W. Liberty Street, Round Rock, Texas, ("Property"), and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said property is not necessary for a current or future public purpose, and WHEREAS, the City wishes to sell this property so it will be back on the tax rolls, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the Round Rock City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager to take appropriate steps to sell the 0.225 acre tract of land located west of 507 W. Liberty Street, Round Rock, Texas. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
