A vehicle usage fee will be assessed for round trip travel from our office to the project site, material supplier, etc. and back to our office. Vehicle trip charges are applicable to vehicles that are applicable when transporting equipment or materials to the jobsite or returning from the jobsite with material samples, equipment or related items. 2. Vehicle usage fees of $35.00 will be invoice for round trip travel to the Round Rock project site and back to our office, respectively. 3. Service charges are based on the hourly rates stated herein to travel to the project site to perform our services and return from the project site to our office and/or laboratory. 4. Any engineering and/ortechnical services provided on Saturday and all work in excess or "normal" work hours, as stated herein, Monday through Friday, will be charged at an overtime rate of 1.4 times the appropriate hourly rate. Ourtotal cost ofservices is based upon the assumption most services will be provided during "normal' work hours. Providing an excessive amount of services during days and/or hours requiring overtime rates may significantly increase the total cost of services shown herein. 5. "Normal' work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including travel time to and from the site unless stated otherwise. Overtime charges will be assessed after eight (8) continuous hours of services rendered during "normal' work hours. 6. Minimum 3 hours billing per visit to project site.
