Consider executing a Deed to Bill and Francine Harris to transfer 0.103 acre of excess
right of way from 2401 Creek Bend Circle previously acquired by the City, which is
remaining after construction of the Creek Bend Boulevard Extension Project (Parcel 13).
In connection with the Creek Bend Blvd. extension project, the City purchased the entire
0.247 acre property, including residential home, located at 2401 Creek Bend Circle, for
use in constructing bridge extension improvments. A part of the agreed compensation for
acquisition of a temporary construction easement from the adjacent property at 2403
Creek Bend Circle, owned by Bill and Francine Harrris, was to transfer any excess right of
way left over from the 2401 Creek Bend Circle acquisition at the completion of the project.
This deed now transfers the 0.103 excess r.o.w. property to Harris pursuant to that
agreement and which has been approved by City engineering as not necessary for
completion or future maintenance of the project.
