TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the
first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, January 18, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Josh
Grant, on behalf of The Jungle Movement Academy.
Special Exception Proposal: The applicant is seeking a special exception in accordance with Section 46-
200 (d), Chapter 46 of the City of Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition, to allow a gymnasium
and sports training facility in an area zoned for light industrial uses.
Legal Description: The subject property is described as Gattis School Business Park Sec. 1, Block A, Lot
1, also known as 2701 Gattis School Rd., Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes further
describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and
Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Location: This subject tract of land is located southeast of the intersection of Gattis School Rd. and
Double Creek Dr.
