I am glad that we have been able to reach an agreement for the acquisition of a portion of your property. Please allow this letter to set out our agreement for the City's purchase of the Easement. In return for conveying to the City a 192 square feet tract of land as described in the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", the City will pay you the total sum of $1,000.00. If this meets with your understanding, please execute this letter where indicated and return it to me. In order to process your payment, the City also needs a completed W9 tax form. Please complete the enclosed W-9 and return it to me. Upon receipt of this letter and W- 9 signed by you, we will have the letter executed by the City and processed for payment as quickly as possible. I will return a copy of the fully executed letter to you. The Special Warranty Deed will not be recorded until the payment has been delivered to you.
