Dear Mr. Rock:
I am writing on behalf of the City of Round Rock, Texas (the "City") regarding
the road improvement project along Roundvillc Lane. I am glad that we have been able
to reach an agreement for the acquisition of a portion of your property. Please allow this
letter to set out our agreement for the City's purchase of the Easement.
In return for conveying to the City a 192 square feet tract of land as described in
the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", the City will pay you the total
sum of $1,000.00.
If this meets with your understanding, please execute this letter where indicated
and return it to me.
In order to process your payment, the City also needs a completed W9 tax form.
Please complete the enclosed W-9 and return it to me. Upon receipt of this letter and W-
9 signed by you, we will have the letter executed by the City and processed for payment
as quickly as possible. I will return a copy of the fully executed letter to you. The Special
Warranty Deed will not be recorded until the payment has been delivered to you.

RESERVATIONS FROM AND EXCEPTIONS TO CONVEYANCE AND
WARRANTY: Easements and rights-of-way of record; all presently recorded
restrictions, reservations, covenants, conditions, oil and gas leases, and, other instruments,
other than liens and conveyances, that affect the property; rights of adjoining owners in
any walls and fences situated on a common boundary; and any encroachments or
overlapping of improvements.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein described and herein conveyed together
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto
Grantee and its successors and assigns forever; and Grantor does hereby bind itself and its
successors and assigns to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said premises
herein conveyed unto Grantee and its successors and assigns against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by, through, or
under Grantor, but not otherwise.
