AGREEMENT made this 26th day of January 2018 between Round Rock Parks and
Recreation, hereinafter called the "OPERATOR'° and "SWEM SWINE
PRODUCTIONS" hereinafter called the ARTIST".
1) The Operator hereby warrants that he/she is the Operator at the present time
and for the duration of this agreement, and engages the Artist, and the Artist
hereby accepts said engagement, to present his/her Act, namely RACDFG PIGS
consisting of six shows on the day, July 4th, 2018 In Round Rock, TX, for which
the Operator agrees to pay the Artist, and the Artist agrees to accept as full
payment, the sum of Sint Thousand ($6.000.001 Dollars, -payable in M one
week prior to the daof the erformancea June 27th 2018.
2) It is understood that the Artist is executing this Agreement as an independent
contractor and not as an employee, and that the Artist will have exclusive control
over the means, method and details of fulfilling the obligation under this contract.
3) The Artist agrees to perform and discharge all obligations as an independent
contractor under any and all laws, whether existing or future, in any way
pertaining to the engagement hereunder.
4) The Artist will make no claim of any sort upon the Operator for damages or
injuries to him/herself, associates or employees sustained in the presentation of
his/her Act under the terms of this Agreement through accidental means or
otherwise.
5) Special Provisions:
A. The attached rider is part and parcel of this contract.
B. The signing of this contract acknowledges acceptance of the attached
provisions by both parties.

SWIFTY SWINE CONTRACT RIDER
Artist will provide:
1. Pigs and pig housing
2. Starting gates and fencing for race track
3. Lighting for night racing
4. Personnel to set up and perform shows
5. Prizes to give away to winning cheerleaders
6. -Premium sound equipment
Operator to provide: (at its sole expense)
1. Recommended space (64'x 501
2. Water connection within 50' of race trailer
3. One 50 amp RV plug within. 50' of race trailer
4. Wood shavings for race Track (25-30 bags)
5. Access to sewer or pump truck every 3'd day
6..*Admission and parldng passes for personnel
General: Swifty Swine Productions personnel will be available for media and
press appearances. Swifty Swine Productions reserves the right to sell novelty
items to the public such as key chains, T-shirts, pictures, etc.
Insurance: Swifty Swine Productions carries public liability insurance in the
amount of One Million Dollars. A copy is available upon request.
Animal Welfare: It is extremely important that the electricity and water are
available at the time of arrival:

Consider authorizing a Swine Racing Agreement with Swifty Swine Racing Productions for
swine racing at the PARD 4th of July celebration.
Swifty Swine Producutions agrees to provide Racing Pigs for the July 4th/ Frontier Days.
This will consist of offering six (6) performance at these scheduled times 1:45 pm, 2:45
pm, 3:45 pm, 4:45 pm, 5:45 pm and 6:45 pm.
The items listed below will be provided by Swifty Swine at no additional cost and all of the
performance will take place at Old Settlers Park.
1. Pigs and pig housing
2. Starting gates and fencing for race track
3. Lighting for night racing
4. Personnel to set up and perform shows
5. Prizes to give away to winning cheerleaders
6. Premium sound equipment
