Lien claims a lien interest.

43 OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, A SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN CABINET A, SLIDE 190 OF THE PLAT
RECORDS OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING THE SAME TRACT OF LAND CALLED NORTH
HALF OF LOT 8 (0.274) ACRE CONVEYED TO CHARLES N. AVERY, ill AND BETH H. AVERY 1N THE
WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN DOCUMENT NO. 2004084557 OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS. SAID TRACT OF LAND HAVING BEEN SURVEYED ON THE GROUND
