TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the
first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, March 13, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Patrick
McGuire, on behalf of Lennar Homes of Texas Land & Construction LTD.
Variance Proposal: The applicant is seeking a variance in accordance with Section 46-100, Chapter 46
of the City of Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition, to allow a building encroachment in the
rear setback of a single family home.
Legal Description: The subject property is described as Madsen Ranch Phase 1, Block G, Lot 59, also
known as 1104 Jillian Ct., Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes further describing this
development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and Development
Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Location: This subject tract of land is located southeast of the intersection of Pauling Loop and Chad Dr.
