TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the
first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, March 13, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Eric Maag,
on behalf of Scott & White Memorial Hospital.
Sign Exception Proposal: The applicant is seeking an exception to Chapter 30-10 of the City of Round
Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition, to allow a sign located in an area that does not meet code
criteria due to site constraints.
Legal Description: The subject property is described as Scott & White Sec. 1 (Blk. A, Lt. 1 Replat) Block
A, Lot 1A, also known as 300 University Blvd., Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas. Field notes
further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning
and Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Location: This subject tract of land is located at the northeast corner of University Blvd. and N. Mays St.
