Re: CORR—Southwest Downtown Infras[mcnue Improvements
TCE payment
Dear John
As you know, the City of Round Rock (" City'l purchased a temporary construction
easement covering 1.286 acres owned by North Mays, Ltd. and located at 500 N. Mays St. for
use as a staging area in connection with its Southwest Downtown Infrastructure improvement
project. The City paid $2,000/month for a period of 12 months, which time period expired the
fast Week of March, 2015.
However, the City's contractor held over on the property for an additional month until the
first week of April, 2015. As a result, we have agreed that the City should pay North Mays, Ltd.
an additional $2,000 as compensation for the one additional month's use of the property. If this
meets with your understanding please sign where indicated on the following page and return this
letter to me for processing and approval by the City, and I Will then proceed with your payment
as quickly as possible.
Please contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your
assistance with this matter.
Very truly yours,
Don Childs
