EXPENSE VERIFICATIONS
(� } Comments: The attached packet is a Request for Reimbursement for Move Expenses for James &
Kristine Warrens Actual Cost Self Move. Tris parcel was deemed a Personal Property Move
Only because there were no one living in the home and there was no longer a business operating
out of the home. There was personal property in the home that did need to be relocated.
The Austin District agreed to assist the City of Round Rock by providing primary oversight of all relocation:
assistance submissions. All relocation packages are sent to Teras Department of Transportation for
approval then sent to the City of Round Rock for payment Signature lines for approval will reflect this
process
We approve and recommend that the attached submission be processed at your earliest convenience. if

Consider approval of a Claim for Payment of Move Expenses and the Actual Move Cost
for the Parcel 14 houselbusiness on the RM 620 project.
The City purchased the entire property on Parcel 14 including the vacant houselbusiness
that was approved for relocation. The Uniform Relocation act allows for searching
expenses and actual moving costs in a self -move to be recovered as a result of this
displacement, and the requested amount is supported by the rules and recommended by
the relocation consultant for payment. The supplement is 100% reimburseable by TxDoT
under the interlocal agreement.
Cost: $1,877.20
