A RESOLUTION AMENDING "APPENDIX A: FEES, RATES AND
CHARGES" TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS, RELATED TO CHAPTER 36, SUBDIVISIONS.
WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend the multi-family zoning; Now Therefore

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
I.
That "Appendix A: Fees, Rates and Charges" to the Code of Ordinances, City of Round
Rock, Texas, related to Chapter 36 - Subdivisions, is hereby amended to read as follows:

The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place
and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such

meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and
the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by
the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.

City's fees associated with development are included in Appendix A of the Code of Ordinance. This amendment is

necessary to reflect the new multi-family zoning districts, if adopted by the City Council. The resolution DOES NOT
change the fees - it only changes the existing zoning name from MF to MF-2, and incorporates the two new
proposed zoning districts: MF-1 and MF-3.
