R-11-09-22-11A3 WHEREAS, §36-155 Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition) provides for the reimbursement for the oversizing of water mains, and WHEREAS, Exigence Vista Holdings, LLC has submitted a reimbursement request for the oversizing of water mains associated with the Vista 620 Subdivision Project, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said reimbursement,Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the City Council hereby authorizes the reimbursement to Exigence Vista Holdings, LLC of$35,146.70, which is the cost of oversizing water mains associated with the Vista 620 Subdivision Project. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended. Utilities Director Item Summary: Exigence Vista Holdings, LLC is the developer for the Vista 620 Development located on the north side of RR620 between Deepwood Drive and Oakland Drive. The City requested that the developer oversize 910 linear feet of 8- inch waterline that was being constructed for this development to a 12-inch waterline. The City Requested this oversizing in order to meet future growth and demand in this area of the city.
