C1. Consider approval of the minutes for the April 14, 2015 meeting.
D. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION:
Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may
do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in
length. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to
by the Charter Reviewn Commission. The Chairman may deny any presenter the opportunity to address
the Commission if the presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous
made, per §2-26(b)(d), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.
E. PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION:
E1. Consider discussion by City Staff and Charter Review Commissioners regarding all aspects of
the City Charter and possible amendments to the Charter.
F. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Charter Review Commission for the City
of Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this
meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the
following purposes:
