South University currently has other campus locations in Texas and in several other states, including Florida, Georgia, Virginia and North Carolina. The property tax abatement agreement with DAC Texas 1, LLC specifies that an $7,000,000 facility will be constructed and that the City will abate 40 percent of the taxable value of the property for four years, starting in 2015.
