NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Round Rock Housing Authority will be contemporaneously held on
May 15,2018,at 6:30 p.m.at 1505 Lance Lane, Round Rock,Texas 78664.

2. Roll Call/Establishment of Quorum;
3. Review and approval of the Minutes for the Board meeting held on April 24,2017;
4. Review and approval of the financials for the month of April 2018;
5. Review and Approval—Proposed Revisions to the Administrative Plan(HCV)—Landlord 3'a Fail Inspection Charge;
6. Fiscal Year 2017 Audit—Auditors Leal&Carter;
7. Approval/Renewal Solid Waste Collection—Central Texas Refuse,Inc.;
8. Approval— Employee Pension Contribution Amount Change;
9. Directors Reports;
• Monthly Performance Measure Data;
• REAC Inspection Update;
• FSS Appeal Update;
10. Executive Session-
The Board will go into Executive Session(close its meeting to the public)Pursuant to:
