NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Round Rock Housing Authority will be contemporaneously held on
March 20,2018,at 6:30 p.m.at 1505 Lance Lane,Round Rock,Texas 78664.

5. Review and Approve—Proposed Revisions to the Administrative Plan(HCV)—Landlord 3itl Fail Inspection Charge;
6. Review—Public Housing Criminal Trespass Policy;
7. Review—Public Housing Satellite Policy;
8. Directors Reports;
* Monthly Performance Measure Data;
9. Executive Session-
The Board will go into Executive Session(close its meeting to the public)Pursuant to:
a. 5 551.071,Texas Gov't Code,consultation with Attorney regarding legal advice,pending or contemplated litigation;
or a settlement offer;
b. 5 551.072,Texas Gov't Code,discussion about the purchase,exchange,lease of value of real property;
