KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation
whose mailing address is 11200 Lakeline Blvd., Suite 150A, Austin, Texas 78717, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the
below -described Easement recorded in Document No. 2015098746 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
Being a 0.145 of an acre, or 6,296 square feet more or less, tract of land, being out of
called 11.30 -acre tract, conveyed to Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc. recorded in Document
No. 2015108417 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being
all of a called 0.145 acre Storm Sewer and Drainage Easement recorded in Document No.
2015043863 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, situated in the
Joseph Mott Survey, Abstract No. 427, in the City of Round Rock, Williamson County,
Texas; said 0.145 of an acre tract being more fully described by sketch and metes and
bounds in the field notes and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which is incorporated
herein for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easement to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or
equitable.

COMMENCING at a found 1,,V iron rod with yellow cap marked "Pape -Dawson", a point in the

Records of Williamson County, Texas, the southeast corner of said Remnant Portion and the
northeast corner of a called 1.16 acre tract conveyed to Gerrado C. Torres, recorded in Document

THENCE N 24001'16" W, with the west line of said called 38.069 acre tract and the east line of
said Remnant Portion, a distance of 50.92 feet to a calculated point, the POINT OF BEGINNING
of herein described tract;
THENCE Departing the west line of said called 38,069 acre tract, through the interior of said
Remnant Portion, the following four (4) bearings and distances, all bearings and distances being
the boundary of said storm sewer and drainage easement:
