Engagement Agreement: City of Round Rock v. Mercury Communication Services Dear Mr. Norwood: Please allow this letter to serve as a fourth supplement to the engagement agreement between the City of Round Rock (the "Client") and our firm for representation in Cause No. 12- 0791-C277, City of Round Rock v. Mercury Communication Services, Inc., at at., in the 277th District Court, Williamson County, Texas. The attorneys' fees associated with our representation were originally capped at $50,000.00 and supplemented by agreements on May 29, 2013, and again on March 25 and June 9, 2014. In closing out this case, the City incurred fees slightly in excess of the amount authorized on June 9. Accordingly, we request your agreement to and authorization for an additional $10,000.00 in attorneys' fees for this matter. It is anticipated that the full $10,000 will not be exceeded. However, we wanted to request authorization for an amount that we hope will more than cover any remaining fees, so as to save the City the inconvenience of an additional supplement to our engagement agreement. All other terms of our engagement agreement will remain the same. Please indicate your agreement to same by signing in the space provided below and returning the original to our firm. Please place a signed copy of this supplement with your copy of the original engagement agreement It is an honor to be able to represent the City of Round Rock, and I have appreciated the opportunity to work with you on this case. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional information at this time. Sincerely, BOURLAND LAW FIRM, P.C.
