C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
CA 2018-5651 Consider approval of the June 20, 2018 meeting minutes.
D. PRESENTATIONS:
DA 2018-5653 Consider a presentation, provide comments and consider a
recommendation to Council regarding proposed land use assumptions and
a 10 -year roadway capital improvements plan for the City's proposed
roadway impact fee service areas.
E. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION:
Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on oroff the agenda may do
so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in
length. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed ormsponded to
by the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC). The Chairman may deny any presenterthe
opportunity to address the CIAC if the presentation orcomments offered is substantially repetitive of
those previous made, per§2-26(b)(d), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.
