That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State ofTexas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/[ 00 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by 272 OSP, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, whose mailing
address is 8601 Ranch Road 2222, Building 1, Suite 150, Austin, Texas 78730, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Storm
Sewer and Drainage Easement encumbering the below -described property as recorded in Document No.
2017070792 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:

Being a 3.60 -acre tract situated in the Robert McNutt Survey, Abstract No. 422,
Williamson County, Texas, and being portions of two tracts - a called 48.318 acres tract as
described in a Special Warranty Deed with vendor's lien to 272 OSP, LLC and recorded
in Document No. 2015047357 and a called 4.947 acres tract as described in a Special
Warranty Deed with vendor's lien to 272 OSP, LLC and recorded in Document No.
2015047357 both of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
purposes; and

Number 422, Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of called 48.318 acres tract

in Document No. 2015047357 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas,
and being more particularly described in Exhibit "D" attached hereto and incorporated
herein for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described Said easement to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no furtlicr effect, whether legal or
equitable.

Consider executing a Release of Easement releasing a storm sewer and wastewater
easement related to the Madsen Ranch Phase 2 development.
The storm easement was located around a ditch. The ditch has been replaced with a
piped system underground and has a different alignment from the ditch. The developer
has provided a new easement around the new piped system. We will release this
easement around the ditch since the ditch no longer exists.
