Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor ofCity Hall, 221East Main Street inthe City ofRound Rock, TX, onSeptember 19, 2O18, at6:OO
p.m. bythe Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public
hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Green
Civil Design, LLC, on behalf of the property owner, VVH1 LLC, for Amendment No. 1 to PUD (Planned
Unit Development) No. 93 to remove the 1.13-acre commercial use. The existing |nvv density multi-
family residential use will remain. The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify nrdeny
