R-2018-5872 - 9/13/2018 RESOLUTION NO. R-2018-5872 WHEREAS, Section 395.047 of the Texas Local Government Code requires a municipality desiring to adopt roadway impact fees to adopt a resolution setting a public hearing date to consider adoption of roadway impact fees for designated service areas, and WHEREAS, the City has approved the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan as required by Section 395.042 of the Texas Local Government Code, and WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to set a date, time, and place for the holding of the public hearing in order to adopt roadway impact fees, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That a public hearing to consider adoption of roadway impact fees be held on the 25th day of October, 2018, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas. The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
