TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX, on October 11, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
by City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Drenner
Group, PC, on behalf of the property owner, TI Shopping Center, LLC, for Amendment No. 2 to PUD
(Planned Unit Development) No. 9 to allow for high-density multifamily land use on a 2.75-acre tract of
land. Case No. ZON1807-003
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 2.75 acres in Lot 413, Block B, Mays Crossing Subdivision.
