TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers located on the
first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, October 24, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by AP
Architects, LLC, on behalf of Top Family, LLC.
Special Exception: The applicant is seeking a special exception in accordance with Part III — Zoning and
Development Code, Section 2-35 of the City of Round Rock Code of Ordinances, to allow a day care
facility of 10,000 square feet or larger. The proposed facility is for 11,000 square feet. Case No.
ZBA1809-001
Legal Description: The subject property is described as 4 acres, more or less, in the Robert McNutt
Survey, Abstract No. 422, also known as 1401 N. CR 122, Round Rock, in Williamson County, Texas.
