That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State ofTexas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No, 100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TAYLOR MORRISON OF TEXAS, INC., a Texas corporation,
whose address is 11200 Lakeline Blvd., Suite 150A, Austin, Texas 78717, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Temporary
Access Easement encumbering the below -described property as recorded in Document No. 2017116521 of
the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
Being a 0.020 -acre, 870 square feet tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott Survey,
Abstract No. 427 Williamson County, Texas, being out of Lot 38, Block G in Vizcaya,
Phase 3B, recorded in Document No. 2017046096 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas; said 0.020 -acre tract of land being more particularly described
by metes and bounds and sketch in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for
all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easement to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said casement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or
equitable.

ACRE TRACT BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, WITH BEARINGS
BASED ON THE NORTH AMERICAN DATUM OF 1983 (NA2011) EPOCH 2010.00, FROM
TETE TEXAS COORDINATE SYSTEM ESTABLISHED FOR TIME CENTRAL ZONE.

This is an easement for a fire truck turn -around at the end of a street. The phase which
