DECLARATION OF WASTEWATER EASEMENT

§ KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRE SENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON §
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, a Texas home -rule municipal corporation (hereinafter
called the "Declarant") has executed this Declaration of Wastewater Easement for the purpose of
establishing the following exclusive easement vested in, inuring to, and in favor .f, Declarant, in and
under the following described property in Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
A 0.078 acre, or 3,379 square feet tract of land situated in the Joseph Mott Survey,
Abstract No. 427 Williamson County, Texas, being out of Lot 12 1, Block 0,
Parkland/Drainage Easement recorded in Vizcaya, Phase 2C I in Document No.
2016013386 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, Said 0.078 of
herein for all purposes; and
The Easement, rights, and privileges hereby created shall be used solely for the purpose of
constructing, installing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, enlarging, relocating,
rebuilding, repairing, and removing a wastewater system and lines, together with all necessary lines,
pipes, conduits, valves, vaults, manholes, ventilators, and other equipment, improvements, accessories
and appurtenances or operations related thereto. Except as otherwise stated, the Easement and other
irights and privileges hereby created shall be perpetual.
The benefits and obligations of the Easement created herein shall constitute benefits and
servitudes running with the land.
This Declaration may be modified, amended, or terminated by Declarant.
