TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on December 5, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Waeltz & Prete, Inc. on behalf of the property owner, A&W Limited Partnership. The following actions will be considered: 1.) Amend the 2020 General Plan and Future Land Use Map to modify the land use designation of the subject tract to change from residential to commercial use; and 2.) Original zoning of the subject tract to the C -1a (General Commercial Limited) zoning district. The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify or deny these applications. Case Nos. GP1811-001 and ZON1811- 006. Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 7.5 acres, more or less, out of the N.B. Anderson Survey, Abstract No. 29.
