Re: City of Round Rock—RM 620 improvement project
Supplemental Fence Agreement
Dear Karen:
Please allow this letter to set out my understanding of the Agreement between
Robinson Ranch("Robinson") and the City of Round Rock, Texas (the "City")regarding
the reconstruction and replacement of fencing along the new RM 620 boundary and/or
easement line after acquisitions by the City for the proposed roadway improvement
project as follows:
1. On or before 11.23.18 Robinson agrees to (a) construct replacement boundary
fencing along the northern edge of the Public Utility Easement acquired by City
as recorded in Document No. 2018082923 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, and as further shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
and (b) cause the demolition and removal of any existing fencing improvements
from the previously existing RM620 right of way line and/or newly acquired
RM620 right of way line on or before the date provided above.
2. As additional compensation for the obligations contained in this Agreement, City
shall pay Robinson the sum of TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY
and no/100 Dollars ($2,730.00) within fourteen (14) days after full execution of
this Agreement.
3. If at the time of substantial completion of the RM 620 roadway improvement
project for which the property from Robinson was acquired Robinson is still the
owner of the property adjacent to the RM 620 right of way, and the remaining
property continues to contain livestock or animals which require boundary
containment fencing, then City shall reimburse Robinson for the reasonable fair
market cost to relocate or reconstruct fencing of the same or substantially similar

specifications as existing to an alignment along the northern boundary of the RM
620 right of way line as shown on Exhibit"A" if such relocation is desired in the
sole discretion of Robinson, and requested by Robinson in writing.
Upon notification and request from Robinson as described herein, City shall cause
the RM620 r.o.w. line for relocated fencing to be staked or otherwise identified on
the ground.
If this meets with your understanding and agreement please have this letter
executed where indicated and return to me for consideration, approval, and processing
with the City. This letter constitutes the complete agreement between the parties
regarding the placement, cost, and obligations regarding replacement fencing along the
RM620 r.o.w. and easement boundaries, and any changes, termination, or amendments to
this agreement are only effective if made in writing by both parties.

The payment in this agreement is for both reconstruction of repacement fencing on the newly
acquired PUE line to better allow utility relocations associated with the RM620 project ($1,250),
and for removal of any existing fencing in the purchased r.o.w. parcel and new r.o.w. line
($1,480). The Transporation Director reviewed and approved these amounts by
correspondence with the Legal department on October 29, 2018.
