Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on January 9, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public
hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Norris
Design, on behalf ofthe property owner Cressman Enterprises, LP, for approval of Concept Plan to be
known as [ressmen Ranch Concept Plan and for the original zoning of212S9 acres; l74.20ac. to SF-3
(Single-family — Mixed lot), 3036 ac. to MF-1 (Multifamily — Low Density), and 8.03 ac. to C-2 (Local
Commercial) zoning districts to allow for residential and commercial uses. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may approve, modify ordeny these applications. Case Nos. CP1812-O01and ZON1O12-OO1
Legal Description: The subject tracts consist ofZ1Z.59 acres, more or less, out of the Willis Donaho
Survey, Abstract No. 173 and the P.A. Holder Survey, Abri/act No. 297. Field notes further describing
this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock Planning and Development
Services Department, 3O1VV. Bagdad, Suite 21O, Round Rock, Texas.
