R-2019-0116 - 2/14/2019 RESOLUTION NO. 11-2019-0116 WHEREAS, Joe Douglas Johnson, Carnilia Johnson, and Corey Johnson ("Owners") have submitted a Letter of Intent to sell Lots 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 36, Original Plat of the City of Round Rock ("Property") to the City of Round Rock ("City"); and WHEREAS, the City wishes to purchase the Property; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the better of Intent submitted by the Owners, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE (,"'ITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a Letter of Intent with Joe Douglas Johnson, Camilia Johnson, and Corey Johnson, a copy of'sarne being attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein forall purposes.
