WHEREAS, Joe Douglas Johnson, Carnilia Johnson, and Corey Johnson ("Owners") have
submitted a Letter of Intent to sell Lots 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 36, Original Plat of the City of
Round Rock ("Property") to the City of Round Rock ("City"); and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to purchase the Property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the better of Intent submitted by the Owners,
Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE (,"'ITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a Letter of
Intent with Joe Douglas Johnson, Camilia Johnson, and Corey Johnson, a copy of'sarne being attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein forall purposes.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and
subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that Such meeting was
Open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter
hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.

All other terms and conditions of the sale of the Property shall be made in
accordance with one or more mutually acceptable Real Estate Sales Contract(s)
("Contracts") which shall be negotiated and executed by Buyer and Seller as promptly as
