Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on May 1, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Pape-
Dawson Engineers, Inc. on behalf of the property owner, RM Development Group, LLC, to Replat Lot 4 &
5, Block of the Round Rock Retail Subdivision Phase 2. The Nanning and Zoning Commission may
