Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on May 28, 2019, at G:DO P.M. by
the City Council. Interested parties may appear and beheard otthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by
Cornerstone Associates, LLC, regarding the funding for affordable senior multi-family housing.
Construction of the development is proposed to be financed, in part, by equity generated from low-
income housing tax credits issued bythe Texas Department ofHousing and Community Affairs. The
applicant is required by State law to pursue a signed resolution stating the City Council does not object
tothe application for this funding assistance. Please note that the subject property iscurrently zoned
as the Senior (5R) zoning district which allows for multi-family use. The resolution is to consider the
City's position on the requested tax credits.
