City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX on May 15, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning
and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and 6eheard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Carlson,
Brigance & Doering, Inc., on behalf mfthe property owners, [reek Bend Land Holdings, LL[, et al. The
following actions will be considered: 1.) Amend the 2020 General Plan and Future Lend Use Map to modify
the land use designation of a portion of the subject tract from residential to commercial; Z.) Original zoning
of the subject tract to the following zoning districts SF-3 (Single-Family — Mixed Lot) and C-1m (General
Commercial — Limited); and 3) Approve the Concept Plan to be known as Caffey Tract Concept Plan. The
Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify ordeny these applications. Case Nos. GP1905-001,

Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 345.50 acres, more or less, out of the Henry Millard Survey,
Abstract No. 452. Field notes further describing this development tract are available for inspection inthe City

Texas.
