That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, State ofTexas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Sircet, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars (S 10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by GRANDY LAND, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, whose
address is P.O. Box 8428, Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas 78683, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the below -
described portion of a 15 -foot public utility easement appearing on that certain final plat dated December
31, 1987 recorded in Cabinet J, Slides 24-25, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
Being a 0.193 acre tract of land situated in the Asa Thomas Survey, Abstract No. 609,
Williamson County, Texas; said 0.193 acne tract being a portion of Lot 5, Block A,
Interchange Business Park Section One, a Subdivision in Williamson County, Texas,
according to the plat recorded in Cabinet J, Slides 24-25, Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas; said Lot 5 being the same tract of land described in a Warranty Deed with
Vendor's Lien to Grandy Land, LLC, and recorded In Document No. 2017094759, Official
Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 0.193 acre tract being more particularly
described by metes and bound and sketch in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easement to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or
equitable.
