Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor ofCity Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Kock, TX, on June 5, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public
hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Civil and
Environmental Consultants, Inc., on behalf of the property owner Green Adobe Developers, LLC, to
rezone 650 acres of land from SF-2 (Single-family — Standard Lot) zoning district to the MF-1
(Multifamily — Low Density) zoning district The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify
