Text of Legislative File CM -2099-0175
This is a remnant easement for a wastewater line from 1939 and it is no longer needed. Today
there is new wastewater line, that is a private line on this tract. Staff has confirmed all other
nearby tracts can be served from the rights-of-way, so a public easement for a future extension
is not necessary.
